Two young guys, a lot of courage, the desire for something new, an idea, a good location: It’s a formula for success. Where “Hartmann’s” used to be, below street level in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district, Michael Köhle, formerly sommelier at “Hugo’s”, and Christoph Hauser, formerly the chef of the colourful “3 Minutes sur Mer”, have opened a restaurant of their own …

A new beginning. That’s what Christoph Hauser is daring to do. He was the chef at “3 minutes sur Mer” in Berlin, having previously cooked for Berlin’s Rutz Weinbar and the Villa Rothschild in Königstein. As of the end of May 2014, he’s starting all over again.
